Ticket refunds
Tickets for all our Fake Festival events are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you can't go to the festival, you can list your tickets for sale on Tixel, our official resale partner. See 'Ticket resale' below for further info.
Refunds are only considered if the event is cancelled in full, prior to the event starting.
Selling your tickets
Tickets may only be resold through our ticketing resale partner, Tixel. Tickets should not be resold or attempted to be resold outside of Tixel and doing so is grounds for ticket cancellation without refund or compensation. You should not use any other ticketing resellers or social media, as these tickets may not be valid.

Resend lost tickets
You can view your ticket orders, resend your emails and download your tickets in the self-serve order management portal. Simply tap the button to visit the portal and enter your email address to start.

Groups/Parties 🎉
Planning a big get-together? Get the party started with a FREE drink token (worth £5.50 each) with every ticket. A token gets you: single bar drink (alcohol, eg. draught pint, spirit/mixer) or two soft drinks (Coke, Fanta, etc).
Minimum 20 Adult tickets must be purchased. Buy all tickets in one booking then get in touch to let us know who’ll be collecting the drink tokens at the event. Or, ask us for a referral code so everyone can book their tickets individually – we’ll track the totals for you.
