How is this website secure?
Fake Festivals payment system is an integrated system using PROTX's Secure Payment Gateway and all communication between you and our site is secured by a strong 128bit SSL certificate issued by THAWTE SECURITY, a global certification company.
When you are sending sensitive information through our site you will see a "padlock" in your browser (in the bottom right in the grey bar), which tells you that all communication with our site is secure. The Fake Festivals website is therefore 100% safe to use.
Payment methods accepted
Fake Festivals online payment system accepts switch, solo and all major credit cards (except AMEX). If you do not have a credit card but would like to purchase some tickets then we do accept cheques made payable to "Fake Festivals", send the cheque along with how many tickets you require ensuring your cheque includes the £1.70 secured postage charge for the total tickets ordered. Delivery Policy
We will endeavour to deliver your tickets within 3 working days of your purchase. The tickets will be delivered to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If for some reason there is a delay with stock of tickets we will inform you by your contact details.
Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Terms
No refunds other than on cancellation.
Artist and billed attractions may be subject to change.
In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
Tickets are only valid when purchased.
Currency
All tickets sold are within the UK in sterling.
Further Details
Once you have purchased your tickets Fake Festivals will post them directly to you. The tickets are in the form of wristbands and should only be worn on the day of the Festival you are attending. There are different colored wristbands for Adults & Young Persons, please check before issuing.
